Extension to existing garden centre Pennells Garden Centre (Lincoln ) to include additional retail areas (Food Hall, Butchery Counter), additional restaurant area and an external (covered) plant area.
The engaged brief included obtaining Planning and Building Regulation Approvals, Tendering the project and full Contract Administration during the build works.
