A purpose designed 2 storey Function Room / Storage building for Bassingham Parish Council to compliment the recently completed Village Hall.
The building provides ground floor storage accommodation and a first floor function room with staircase, lift access and WC facilities. The building continues the architecture and material palatte of the Village Hall, a former project.
The engaged brief included obtaining Planning and Building Regulation Approvals, Tendering the project and full Contract Administration during the build works.
